At Meopham School we have a comprehensive Careers Education and IAG programme. We aim to improve student performance and motivation by ensuring that their schoolwork and successes are relevant to their future.

We encourage students to evaluate their strengths, values, skill and interest and to have a wider view of the world of work. We support children in making choices that are aspirational and realistic.

Meopham School has a self-contained Careers Library and all students are introduced to this in Year 9 and are shown how to use the resources.
